How Can I Track My Package?

For tracking on all orders, please login to your SS Account, and click the "track" link next to your order number. Please allow 5 business days for this "track" link to appear. If you're unable to get tracking information after 5 business days, please visit our customer service page for tips on how to proceed.

I Haven't Received My Tracking Code, When Should I Expect It?

Typically you should receive your tracking code within 5 business days, if you don't send our support team an email with your Order # and we will make sure to take care of you!

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Most orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive, sometimes a little longer depending on the the carrier used. We usually use USPS, which takes 5-7 days to receive your order after getting your order confirmation

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed you can't be issued a refund until you receive the product. Then you have 3 days to process a return.
