We want to give you the best possible service. We're here to help with any questions you may have. Here are the answers to our most asked questions, and insight to how our purchasing process works.


When you shop online, you can place your order on any product page by hitting the "add to cart button." From there, you can continue shopping, and when you're ready to place your order, click the cart icon in the top right corner of the page and hit "checkout." You can checkout as a guest, but we recommended signing up for an account for the best possible shopping experience. 


We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay as payment methods. We use top-notch security to protect your personal information and ensure it is safe and secure at all times. 


After you place an order, you can track your package on your account by clicking the "track" link next to the order number, which will appear within five business days. If you can't view your tracking information after five business days, please contact us for further help.


Orders typically take five to seven business days to arrive, but please allow for some flexibility as this can differ based on the carrier used. Usually, we use USPS, which will take the standard five to seven business days to arrive after an order confirmation comes through. 


We do accept returns only after the product has been received. If you want to cancel or change your order, once you receive your product, you have three days to process the return in order to be issued a refund. Please fill out the form on our contact page to return an item, and we will help you out immediately.
